Refund Policy
Change of Mind: You may return unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Items: Issues must be reported with photographic evidence within 24 hours of receipt to qualify for a priority replacement or refund.
Sale & Discounted Items: These items are final sale but may be exchanged within 3 days if a manufacturing defect is confirmed.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
Sealed & Original: Products must be unopened, unused, and still in their original factory wrap and packaging.
Complete Bundles: If the item was part of a bundle or included a free gift, all components must be returned together.
Non-Returnable Categories: * Digital products and subscription codes (iTunes, PlayStation, etc.) are final once ordered.
Software, Games, and Accessories cannot be exchanged or refunded once the seal is broken.
Proof of Purchase: A valid original receipt or tax invoice is mandatory for all claims.
3. Return Process Steps
Initiation: Contact our support team via email at info@izone.ae or call +971 56 745 4251. For damaged goods, attach a clear photo of the issue.
Authorization: Once your request is reviewed, you will receive a Return Authorization.
Collection/Drop-off: You may drop the item at our designated service center or request a courier collection (note: delivery fees for post-dispatch “change of mind” returns are non-refundable).
Inspection: Our team will conduct a condition check and technical report within 3–5 working days.
Refund Processing: Once approved, refunds are processed within 8 working days. Please allow up to 30 days for the amount to reflect on your original payment card, depending on your bank’s policy.
4. Order Cancellations
You may cancel any order free of charge before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Once an item has left the warehouse, the “Change of Mind” return policy applies, and delivery fees will be deducted from the refund.
